o Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needso Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfactiono Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profileso Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer baseo Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
Qualifications:
o Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a pluso Insurance license requiredo Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulationso Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are requiredo Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is requiredAbout Company:
